Someone who was exactly here

A practitioner with your reputation can run a capped programme in the same clinic hours.

I'd rather not borrow someone else's numbers, so here's the model in the abstract. A specialist who sells by the hour keeps the private work and adds a capped group programme beside it: one live session a week for the group, a few private sessions each, and a recording library so the work carries between sessions. The diary doesn't get fuller. The client simply stays for twelve weeks instead of three sessions.

The maths

Twelve weeks that fix the problem is worth far more to a founder than three sessions that start to.

A founder who sleeps through the night and walks into the board calm isn't buying hours of hypnosis, they're buying the next five years of their company. At that value, £4,500 is an easy yes for the right person, and six of them a month is a modest number from a clinic with thousands of past clients.
